Whistler cooks catering originated in 1999 and became incorporated in 2002 as whistler cooks fine foods inc. Owned and operated by Grant and Hilarie Cousar who live in the Whistler area, Whistler Cooks is the largest off site corporate and social caterer in the Sea to Sky region. Whistler Cooks chef and owners Grant and Hilarie Cousar have been in the restaurant industry for over twenty years. In their time Grant and Hilarie have served and cooked for guests, including celebrities, public figures, multinationals, and friends alike. The event of having company for dinner has always been a most rewarding and enjoyable experience.
